🛡️ Revamped Anti-Cheat System

We’ve overhauled our anti-cheat to make sure everyone plays fair. This new system helps us detect and prevent cheating more effectively than ever.

💻 Expanded Platform Support

Bang! Howdy now supports:

Windows
macOS (including ARM & AARCH64)

So no matter what machine you’re on, you can now jump into the action!

🏙️ Boom Town Provisional Assets

We're getting closer to the full Boom Town release! With this update, you’ll see provisional assets in place while development continues.

🧯 Fixed Major Crash on Launch

We’ve resolved a critical issue where the game would crash on start if you had previously logged into Boom Town in Beta from the Production client. This fix should significantly improve overall launch stability.

🎮 Steam Launch Requirement

The game must now be launched through Steam. This is part of our effort to ensure account integrity and better support for cross-platform stability.

🆔 Steam ID Verification

Your Steam ID is now sent to our servers for secure verification. This helps us monitor usage and prevent abuse.

🚫 Virtual Machine Support Disabled

As part of our anti-exploit measures, the game can no longer be run inside virtual machines. This helps us ensure fair play for all players.
