More QOL Updates

[p]Fix Snake Bite effect continues dealing damage until the target dies when it should wear off after 8 ticks,[/p]
[p]Allow members of the same gang in games with non-gang members still be able to earn aces,[/p]
[p]Using Reinforcements cards or picking up a spawned reinforcement bonus in coop games should no longer give Gunslingers and Sharpshooters.,[/p]
[p]Tin cans/AI no longer will pickup cards .. Instead the cards will bounce off them.[/p]
[p]Cards that are collected during games that aren't used should be kept and added to your inventory.,[/p]
[p]Fix unit icons in-game[/p]
[p]Fix pardner status cross-town[/p]
