Square Route Version 1.0.1 Released

Quick update with a couple of fixes:

• Improved the handling of screen resolutions and setting full screen which should prevent a rare issue where the game couldn't change resolution.
  
• Fixed issue where ladders hitting a ceiling could cause an error on some levels.
  
• Minor UI improvements to in-game buttons.
