Technical update - minor fixes

What's changed:
- Added support for pedals that report values from -1 to 1 instead of 0 to 1. This is now controlled by a checkbox in Settings.
- Re-worked the system which controls RPM value. Now sound and rev counter give a better idea of a moment in which you need to shift.
- Fixed a bug sometimes causing bus to move when it shouldn't.
- Fixed a bug causing throttle to lock up.
- Other minor fixes.
