Patch #38 - Santa Crabby Yearly

* Added Santa Crabby to Frostaria
* Santa Crabby & Death have been nerfed so 2+ should be able to take them down.
* Added Locksmith, Vanity Shop, Quest Giver to Frostaria
* Added 6 quests to Frostaria (All Gem Rewards + Winter Chest)
* Added Gatherer's Guild Faction (Pick up things like Coconuts)
* Added 9 more Coconut spawns to Crabby Cove
* Added Coconuts Daily Quest to Crabby Cove (Gatherer's Guild Daily)
* Coconuts now respawn after 10 seconds
* Fixed Santa Hat & Beard
* Made the main player indicator on the minimap smaller
* Quest NPCs on the minimap will now be yellow or gray depending on their state
* Added Factions Achievement Category
* Added Miner's Guild Achievements
* Achievements now appear as a pop out notification on the right side of the screen
* Still searching for the perfect achievement sound...
* Reaper legs now hide your legs
* Removed weapons/shield from Crabby Cove shops as it's confusing to noobs. Will move them to another shop in PAE when it reopens.
* Judgement now has a 30 minute duration and Judgement 2 has a 60 minute duration
* Vengeance now has a 60 second cooldown and Vengeance 2 has a 45 second cooldown
* All 2H Sword Max Damage increased
* Invigorate now heals every 4 seconds, Invigorate 2 heals every 3 seconds
* Added Invigorate 3
* Added Empty Vial Skill
* Crusader Energy Regen reduced
* Added Vengeance 3 - Level 42
* Added Empty Vial 2 - Level 44
* Empty Vial and Vengeance aren't quite right yet... There's a fun combo in there somewhere...
* Crusader skills are now up to the level cap. Next skill will be at level 46.
* Fixed Valiant Armor sell prices
* Added new damage display system (new popping numbers)
* Gallant Armor Crafter added to Port Aria West (No Crafting Recipes Yet!)
* Various bug fixes
