Patch #48 - Halloween Isle Returns

* Halloween Isle is back until mid November
* Decreased drop rates for all of Halloween Isle
* Decreased spawn time for all mobs in Halloween Isle
* Halloween Chest, Party Hat, School Chest added to Port Aria Vanity Shop
* Summer Chest has left until next year
* Pine Reef has left until next year
* Jau got a helmet
* Crabby Drops Wooden Sword
* Removed water from Crabby Cove
* Converted Lubo, Moa, WarpPortal to remake version
* Converted all Fisherman, Basic, Hardy, Bunny, Banker, Trainer armor/vanities to remake version
* New dialog window finished for remake version
* Lots of project reorganizing
* Tons of other work on remake. I post updates regularly to Discord.
* Kongregate version will be discontinued sometime in the next 6 months
* Steam version will be around until I die
* Stopping posting to Instagram
