Intel CPU Crash Fix & Launch Options Update

[p]We have just deployed an update to the launch option for fixing the startup crash affecting users with Intel 11th, 12th, and 13th+ Gen CPUs. It is available as a Launch option called Use this option if your game crashes at launch. [/p]
