Update 1.6.0 Beta

Since a few weeks Lawgivers Beta 1.6 is live on Steam beta branch for testing purpose. More improvements and features are on way!

Here are some upcoming features:

- Achievements system with 20 achievements
- new actions to plan on calendar, like snap election
- more ordinary and constitutional laws
- new events and missions
- substantial balance and AI improvements
