formula.

Slightly increased freezing chance for bonefreeze
spells.
Doubled infliction chance for dark and radiation
DoTs.

Quadrupled infliction chance for Leg Shot and Arm Shot.
+50% infliction chance for Heart Shot and Headshot.
Increased infliction chance for burning arrows and
