Balancing:
Increased base bomb damage by 33%.
Reduced luck's effect on bomb damage
by 66-75%.
Doubled flinch, stagger, and knockdown
chance for fire and living bombs.
Doubled flinch and freezing chance for
ice bombs.
Increased flinch chance for lightning
bombs by 25-50%.

Misc:
Fixed pathing issue in PoB 4.
Fixed pathing issue in Angel Harp
when entering from the South.
