UAH Discount

Lowered the UAH price of Wooden Ocean on steam by 90%. Russia will receive a discount when there's a change in leadership and a stop to the invasion.

New Features:
Added more NPCs to Undercity. (south side will reopen next month)

Balancing:
NG+ is now substantially more difficult. (older saves on NG+ will
receive a talent point for each level of NG+ they are on)
Greatly increased EXP bonus for NG+.
Doubled the exp penalties for levels after 200.
Omega Candy now costs and gives 10 times the amount.
Dead Candy now gives twice the amount.
Spell haste no longer affects warmups. (which was unintentionally
the case already) (new gear will arrive one day focused on warmups)
Greatly reduced amount of skills ghost soldiers use. (this requires
a new playthrough in order to take effect)

Misc:
Fixed combat dialog.
Fixed multiple party size issues.
Fixed enlightenment and true enlightenment.
Fixed encounter difficulty after leaving Golem's Hand.
Fixed mode 7 from showing up after battle in Final Forest.
Fixed Abstract Extractor from being completed infinitely.
Fixed a few enemy only skills from being learned.
Unknown Force now properly affects all allies.
Fully Known Purpose now properly affects all allies.
Fixed movement speed when leaving Red Temple.
Removed ghost party member for a late game scene.
Last level now retains its battle music after bosses.
Fixed environmental effect for extreme darkness.
Fixed single target Earth spell damage.
Fixed damage on Hydroga.

New Features:
AP can now be used to directly improve a character. (there
are 7 upgrades to choose from with 5 tiers each)
Increased stat limits by 1 digit.
Increaseed max level from 999 to 99999.

Balancing:
Reduced cost to respec skills by 75%.
Fire elemental party members are now slightly resistant
to low temperatures.
Ice elemental party members are now slightly resistant
to high temperatures.
Dark elemental party members are now slightly resistant
to low visibility.
Holy elemental party members are now immune to extreme
brightness.
Earth elemental party members are now slightly resistant
to humidity.
Water elemental party members are now slightly resistant
to arid. (this was originally referred to as dryness)
Wind elemental party members are now slightly resistant
to clutter.
Thread and psychic elemental party members are now slightly
resistant to environmental romanticism.
Tripled environmental buildup for high visibility skills.
High visibility now decays back to area's visibility. (this
regression is 5 times stronger if the room is too bright)
Temperature now decays back to area's temperature.

Misc:
Fixed long health bars when solo.
Fixed golem not leaving party when outside of signal range.
Removed Chaos Castle prototype. (it'll return when it's ready,
which won't be for a while)

Balancing:
Lowered accuracy of bows by 20%.
Lowered innate taunt of bows from -20% to -75%.
Lowered innate taunt of daggers from -10% to -25%.
Bows now innately give +10% evasion.

Misc:
Fixed party bugs for ghost soldiers.
Created fail safe for future party changes.

New Features:
Added additional Hotel hallways.
Enemies can now be resistant/immune to low visibility.
Enemies can now be immune to extreme brightness.

Balancing:
Accuracy floor is now 10% instead of 20%.
Increased late game enemy accuracy by 5-10%.
Enemies with 50-65% chance to hit increased to 70%.
Increased accuracy penalty per low visibility tier from 10% to 20%.
Increased accuracy penalty for extreme brightness from 10% to 30%.

Misc:
Fixed multiple enemies that had zero base accuracy.
Removed candy from high end loot tables. (the extreme amount of candy
was more of a curse than a blessing)
