Playable Zangetsu and Randomizer Mode Launch Today
The wait is finally over! Zangetsu, Bloodstained’s second playable character, and Randomizer, a brand new game mode, are launching today!
Both are available in today’s free update! Download it now.
NOTE:
Some players are reporting that they are not able to access the new content, despite having previously completed the game with a good ending.
Loading a save near the end of the game and re-completing the final boss fight will trigger the content.
Equip the deadly Zangetsuto katana and ravage your enemies with devastating elemental talisman magic. Traverse the impossible with his chain hook and discover all the secrets that await in Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night!
Randomizer allows you to change eight different parameters of the game to create unique and challenging experiences. Set your options and track your time as you work your way through the game with multiple random settings!
To access Zangetsu after the download, you will need to have completed the game with Miriam and achieved the “Good Ending” (if you’re not familiar and don’t mind spoilers, feel free to google it). Then you can choose to replay the game with your new character.
