Folklore Hunter 0.1g - AI Update #1

This update has come sooner than I had planned, therefore I've decided to split the AI update into multiple parts. This update includes the groundwork for the new AI system, as well as fixes for a few critical issues.

Patch notes:
- Fixed not being able to properly exit camera view.
- Wendigo now has hearing and smell senses along with sight.
- Wendigo now gets stuck in traps for slightly longer
- Fixed clients not receiving ammo from loot crates.
- Fixed wendigo teleporting into undesirable locations, in fact, removed teleport ability altogether.
- Fixed wendigo sometimes spawning inside geometry such as rocks, or even under the map.
- Fixed wendigo head tracking. No more peaking under his armpits at you!
- Fixed wendigo sometimes not spawning in multiplayer.
- Wendigo now disengages from fights to hide when the morning is approaching.
- Fixed various geometry issues in the map.
- Removed collision from meat.
- Fixed player being able to outrun all wendigo attacks.
- Wendigo now notices when the players are split up in multiplayer...
- General wendigo AI improvements.
- Reduced main menu music volume.

Known Issues:
- You can no longer pick up meat. This is NOT intended and will be addressed in the next update.

Folklore Hunter Update 0.1f - Lore & More

Hello! Another round of tweaks and fixes. This update includes a small taste of the games lore and the addition of a new discoverable location!

Patch Notes:
- Removed "inspect weapon" portion of idle animation.
- Added more lore that can found around the map, as well as a new discoverable location.
- Added audio settings to the options menu.
- Fixed players being able to stand on cameras.
- Added option to trigger your own traps.
- Fixed various input bugs that would cause your mouse to become invisible.
- Added flashlight to controls.
- Fixed map selection not displayed when starting a new game.
- Upper-floor of the cabin is no longer accessible.
- You can no longer find meat in crates, deer give 2 meat per harvest.
- Fixed some sounds only playing for the host in multiplayer games.

FolkloreHunter Update 0.1e - You died!

Hey guys! Time for another round of fixes and minor content. As always I've focused on critical issues reported by users on the Steam forums and my discord. Hope you enjoy!



Patch notes:
- Players can now die!
- Added game over sequence that triggers when all connected players die.
- Fixed clients having infinite ammo
- Added FOV slider to game options
- Added mouse sensitivity slider to game options
- Fixed client sounds not syncing correctly with host
- Fixed deer sometimes not reacting to a nearby player
- Can now headshot deer for 5x damage!
- Fixed wendigo not causing damage FX for client
- Added inventory to the controls menu
- Can no longer pick up traps
- Fixed broken geometry in cabin
- Removed excessive foliage and rocks blocking paths

Update 0.1d - Small MP hotfix

Hi guys, this is just a small update to fix the multiplayer issues that have been reported over the last few days. Let me know if you are still having any MP connection related issues.

FolkloreHunter Update 0.1c - Bugfixes, Story & Map

As always - Thank-you all for your continued support of Folklore Hunter! This has been a big week, we've been working hard on fixing many of the game-breaking issues that players have been reporting. We've also redesigned the main menu, and added a small taste of the story. You can read the full patch notes below.



Patch Notes:

- New main menu redesign.
- Added story intro sequence.
- New hidden points of interest to discover.
- Ammo now spawns much more frequently from hidden caches.
- New "mirage" system.
- Reduced stun-lock when wendigo is damaged.
- Fixed areas of the map that were not fully enclosed allowing some players to fall off the map.
- Fixed an issue where you could run out of ammo by continually reloading your gun at full ammo.
- Fixed an issue where the game would try to boot with SteamVR for some players.
