Update 2.1

New:

- Parameter edit dialog (type values from keyboard) opens with right/ctrl -mouse
- Parameter value tooltip (shows current value number on press)
- Anti-aliasing shader (AA on Extra tab)

Fixes:

- Slight performance improvements
- GUI text scaling fix (try) for highDPI/retina displays.
