Fix some unclickable UI when using Valve Index.

We are the team behind Moon VR Player. It was a popular VR video player back in the day. Sadly, in 2017 we ran out of seed funding and later suspended development. However, we decided to keep a loose team with voluntary work, as most of us still believe in virtual reality and the technological evangelism that comes with it. Thankfully, the hard times are over! We are now back as a team with abundant funding!

As part of our comeback, we have made it 60% OFF, as a way to say thanks to the entire VR community for your support.

To make sure your controller works properly, please update your SteamVR to version 1.25.6!
Also, you need to update MoonVR player to the latest version!
The update will fix the bug that appeared before that the controller does not work properly.

Due to the latest SteamVR update, controllers may not be well recognized. If your controller is not recognized, please press "F" on your keyboard to use Head Tracking, or you can rollback to the "Legacy" version of Moon Player . Developers are fixing the issue now, and thanks for your patience and support.

Change the grip action of the valve index controller to trigger, and make it can use the trigger when griping.
