F1 22 UDP: Reduce memory allocations in F1 22 UDP reader in an attempt to fix crashes that can occur on some devices after a session has been running for a longer period of time.

AC Experimental: Testing a new method to read ABS and TC level. Does not work correctly for some mods.

Server Fix: Optimize iRacing data reader as it was using excessive CPU.

Make sure to setup AC and ACC in the Games tab on the server.

Add Grid Legends to Game setup tab.

Fix: The Steam stop button was no longer closing the entire application.
