Beta Update 21

We are thrilled to announce that with this patch, you now have access to rulers!

This is the first version of this feature is the base we will be building on. We will be adding improvements up to, and during, the early access.

The first improvement to the ruler system will be to support rulers only GMs can see, so keep an eye out for that.

This patch also includes a workaround for those who have been unable to log in during the beta. Please do reach out to use if you are still having issues, we are eager to get these resolved.

Beta Asset Patch 04: "Rural Farm"


It has been a while! Time for another content patch.
This patch focuses on the farm. Follow the signs and take your adventure out into the countryside. Build yourself a humble abode, dig a well, and raise your favorite livestock. Live the simple life! Just make sure you're armed, in case the two-headed hunter tries to claim your property as their own.

Update 19

Hey again Beta peoples! It's time for an update.

This time we have:
  • Two new board mat colors
  • A fix to a bug that caused attempting to open one object to open a different one
  • Customizable names for the four creature stats
  • A brand new post-process for cold atmospheres called 'Frozen'


Note that we have gained a player panel on the left to make room in board/campaign settings for the stat-names. This is not final and was just done to allow us to ship.

Beta Asset Patch 03: "Summoning of the Harbor Beast"



Time for another Asset Patch. This one is a bit of an eclectic collection we've decided to call "Summoning of the Harbor beast." We ended up merging two separate packs into one, mainly because many of the harbor assets were already created. There is no water in this update (terrain system is being prototyped at the moment), but we've added a way to tint the board surface blue.

  • Harbor props: fishing rod, staked fish, giant clam, and more.

Other Changes/Fixes:
  • Added ability to switch Board Surface Color in the Board/Campaign Settings.
  • Clicking on portraits in the initiative list now focuses the creature.
  • Add UI to let player end their own turn.
  • Allow the player to clear dice when not their turn.
  • Added summon players to board


Thank you all for making asset suggestions as well. We've tried to incorporate some of the requests in this update.

Update 17

This is a small update to just fix one thing. In the last patch, a mistake in the line-of-sight code meant it was calculating what was in view from the base of the creature instead of the head.
This patch fixes that and also ensures that scale is taken into account.
