Making great progress on mod management!


Hello everyone!

I'm thrilled to share with you the latest news about City Game Studio. This week, I've been hard at work on mod management, and I'm excited to announce that the next update is well on its way. I've dedicated a lot of time to fine-tuning the interface and making the modding experience smoother and more intuitive.

The new mod management interface is now more user-friendly and easy to navigate. I've taken into account your feedback and suggestions to enhance this essential feature. I'm confident that you'll love how seamlessly you can subscribe to, activate, and manage your favorite mods.

Enhancements for Mods - Customizing Your Gameplay Experience!


Hello everyone!

It's another productive Saturday for me on City Game Studio! I spent a great part of the week diving into improvements for the mods interface, and I have some exciting news to share with you all!

I revamped the main menu to make it clearer and more intuitive when loading mods. Now, when you start a new game, the mods are automatically activated, saving you precious time. I also made some fixes to enhance the mod loading process and ensure a seamless experience.

For the upcoming week, my focus will be on the mods selection and creation interface. The goal is to make the entire process even more user-friendly, allowing players to easily subscribe to mods and enable/disable them when starting a game. I'm confident that this improvement will make the gameplay experience even more enjoyable for all mod enthusiasts.

Patch v1.14.0-rc2 (unstable branch)

Default version of the game, we want to make sure to have a chance to discover bugs and adjust the balancing, to give you the best game experience possible.

Access the Unstable branch on Steam by right clicking City Game Studio in your Steam library, and then select ‘Properties’. In the new window, select ‘Betas’. The Unstable branch should now be available for you to choose from.

Please leave any feedback you may have in the appropriate channel in our Discord, or in the subforum on Steam.

As always, remember to be considerate towards players not partaking in the Unstable, in case they want to avoid spoilers.

Please make sure to make backups of your save files before playing.
