City Game Studio v1.15 - The Evolution Continues

Greetings, fellow game enthusiasts!

It's your friendly developer, Xavier aka Binogure, and I'm back with some exciting news. City Game Studio v1.15 is here, and it's packed with fantastic features and improvements that I can't wait to share with you all.
In-Dev Game Panel Upgrades
One of the key highlights of this update is the enhancement of the in-development game panel. Thanks to your valuable feedback, I've revamped this interface to make it even more intuitive and user-friendly. Now, managing your games during development is smoother than ever before. I've added new tooltips to provide instant information about various buttons, ensuring you're always in control.
Acquiring Competitors
Until now, when you bought a competitor, you would acquire their studios, their games, and their employees. However, the employees were not assigned to studios. I worked on this, and now when you purchase a competitor, the employees are automatically assigned to the studios.
Save Mechanism Redesign
Saving your game progress should be a breeze, and in this update, I've redesigned the save mechanism to make it more efficient. Now, you can create new save slots for your games with a simple click. It's a small change, but one that has been requested by many players, and I'm always eager to listen to your suggestions.
Studio Demolition
Sometimes, in the ever-evolving world of game development, you need to make tough decisions. With v1.15, I'm introducing the ability to demolish studios, universities, and convention centers. A new button on the world map makes it easy to destroy these buildings when necessary. It's all about giving you greater control over your gaming empire.
Engine Development Fixes
In the quest for perfection, I've addressed a critical issue regarding game engines. Previously, competitors could use your engines even when you were still working on them. Now, they won't have access until your engine is ready and fully operational. Fair competition is essential, after all!
A Unified Background
For a more visually pleasing and performance-optimized experience, I've unified the background for both the map and the studio scenes. This background, rendered only once, is now animated and dynamically changes color to match the context. It's a subtle but significant improvement to enhance your gaming experience.
Next Steps: In-App Purchase Panel Rework
Looking ahead, my focus for the next phase will be on reworking the In-App Purchase panel. As the gaming landscape evolves, I want to ensure that this aspect of City Game Studio continues to meet your expectations and provide seamless in-game transactions.

I'm incredibly grateful for your continued support and feedback. City Game Studio wouldn't be where it is today without the passionate community that surrounds it. Your dedication and enthusiasm drive me to keep pushing the boundaries of what this game can offer.

So, dive into City Game Studio v1.15 and explore these exciting new features for yourself. I hope you enjoy this update as much as I've enjoyed bringing it to life. Stay tuned for more exciting developments on the horizon, and as always, happy gaming!

Cheers,
Xavier aka Binogure

Enhancing Visuals: New Background and Bug Fixes

Greetings, fellow game tycoons!

It's been another productive week here at City Game Studio, and I'm excited to share the latest developments with you.
Bug Fixes for a Smoother Gameplay Experience
First and foremost, let's talk about bug fixes. I encountered a pesky localization issue that was affecting the display of game genres. This made it challenging for players to navigate and understand the intricacies of their games. We've also squashed a particularly annoying bug related to the automatic hiring and assignment of staff. Both of these issues have now been successfully addressed, ensuring a smoother and more enjoyable gaming experience.
A Visual Upgrade: Dynamic Backgrounds
But that's not all! For quite some time, I've had my eye on improving the game's background. You may have noticed that both the world map and the studio scenes shared the same background, albeit on different layers. This setup led to performance hiccups and visual inconsistencies. To tackle this, I've created an entirely new background that's identical for both scenes. Not only does this streamline rendering by only requiring a single instance, but it's also animated and adapts its color palette according to the context—whether you're managing your studio or plotting your global gaming domination.
What Lies Ahead
As I move forward, the agenda for next week includes a revamp of the In-App purchase panel. This enhancement aims to provide you with a smoother and more convenient experience when making in-game purchases.

Thank you for being a part of the City Game Studio community. Your feedback and support drive these improvements, and together, we're crafting the ultimate gaming empire!

Stay tuned for more exciting updates, and thank you for your continued support. Together, we'll build the ultimate gaming empire!

Enhancements and Bug Fixes Galore

Hey everyone,
UI Improvements
I've been busy adding informative tooltips throughout the game, making it easier for you to understand what each button does. Additionally, I've revamped the studio manager panel, introducing more intuitive and visually appealing icons. These changes aim to provide you with a smoother and more enjoyable gaming experience.
Upcoming Competitors
