Mercenary Wingmen now available - v0.5.1

Today we're releasing a new update for Between the Stars!
These are the main features you'll find:
[h3]New Mercenary Captains[/h3]
Now you can hire mercenary captains at Republic space stations. Equip the ideal weapons and systems for their ships and their bonuses, and assign them on your ship so they follow you as a wingman.

[h3]New Secondary Storylines[/h3]
This new update adds nine new secondary contracts and events. In these new stories you will be able to explore a haunted ship, get revenge on the Silveheads gang or even hunt down Sado Salik.
[h3]Abilities on Enemy Ships[/h3]
Now NPC’s can use the same abilities as the player. Prepare to receive impacts from nukes, go through minefields and defeat enemies with more defensive capabilities available to them.
[h3]Backup System[/h3]
We are detecting cases in which the save game becomes corrupted due to lockups, lack of memory or external programs like antivirus. In order to avoid losing data we have implemented a new system that will automatically restore the save file if it detects that it is corrupt. We will continue to work to avoid these types of errors.

- A new subordinate system is active. You can now hire captains and equip their ships to fight alongside you.
- The reward for prisoners has been increased to 600 credits.
- Enemies can now use skills.
- Two quantum cores are given for each scrapped weapon now.
- There is now a small chance that quantum cores will appear when looting ships.
- You can now hold tab and press numbers to activate and deactivate groups of weapons without going through the weapon wheel.
- A backup system has been added to the save system to avoid game corruption. If a save file becomes corrupted or lost, starting the game again will use the backup to restore the game.
- The space of items in the inventory has been increased.
- Fixed a bug in event #196 that prevented a crew member from being lost.
- Fixed the trigger condition of a Zane event (# 364) that caused it to appear before it was met.
- We've fixed a softlock in the mission Round of Questions (# 241).
- A bug has been fixed that made it impossible to scroll with the mouse wheel when the cursor was over an item.
- Many spelling errors have been fixed, many of them related to the gender of the characters.
