SD GUNDAM G GENERATION CROSS RAYS News

This is a following up update dated 29 November 2019 regarding game crash abnormality reported during gameplay.

Despite ongoing investigation to determine the cause, the workaround solutions listed below may help to overcome the issues. Please kindly consider these solutions should you encounter any of the reported issues. We would like to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.

■Instructions■

①DisplayPort (DP) for PC/External monitor display output from PC laptop
『SD Gundam G Generation Cross Rays』 unable to run properly when booting up with main display using onboard graphics may be due to not meeting the minimum specification required.

In the event of black screen transition after booting up, please follow the steps listed below to determine if the main display is using the onboard graphics.

・For Windows 10
1. Right-click on Windows desktop and select “Display settings” from the popup window.
2. For multiple monitor display, please ensure that the right monitor is selected before checking the box “Make this my main display”.
　 For single monitor, the monitor display number is 1.
3. Click on “Advanced display settings”.
4. Select the monitor display number assigned as main display.
5. Click “Display adapter properties for Display (number)” to see the display information.
6. Verify the adaptor type and onboard graphics via the properties in ”Adaptor” tab.
　 (For onboard graphics, you should be able to see Intel(R) HD Graphics 630)

Please refer to the following steps if main display is using onboard graphics.

・Mulitple Monitor display
　Assign the GPU meeting the minimum specification or higher as main display and verify if issue persist.

・Single Monitor display
　Assign the GPU meeting the minimum specification or higher as display output and verify if issue persist.


②Workaround PC Laptop without dedicated GPU
・For Windows 10
　1.Select ”Settings”→”System”→”Display”（Alternatively right-click on Windows desktop and select “Display settings”）.
　2.Click “Graphics settings”.
　3.Under “Graphics performance preference”, select “Classic app”.
　4.Click “Browse” button and select TOGG.exe from the install directory.
　5.Select 『SD GUNDAM G GENERATION CROSS RAYS』 options.
　6.Select “High performance” and save the settings.
　※Windows Update may be required.

In the event if the above workaround does not work, please wait for our subsequent updates from the ongoing investigation.

We have received some reports from players that the STEAM® version of SD Gundam G Generation Cross Rays shuts down during gameplay.

We are currently looking into this issue and will follow up with more information here as we make progress in addressing it.

■ [Important announcement] Irregularities reported in SD Gundam G Generation Cross Rays STEAM® version.

We would like to address the irregularities reported occurring in SD Gundam G Generation Cross Rays STEAM® version on [PST] 27th November 2019, 3:00 pm / [CET] 28th November 2019, 12:00 am.
Currently, the bugs have been fixed with an update patch. Please restart the STEAM® Client for the update.

■ Irregularity occurrence

• Time of occurrence
  [PST] 27th November 2019, 3:00 pm-5:40 pm
  [CET] 28th November 2019, 12:00 am-2:40 pm
  
• In the STEAM version, the following irregularities are confirmed and fixed.
  - Damage value is not reflected properly. Abnormal damage value is shown.
  - Game crashes when viewing profiles.
  - Configuration settings are not reflected correctly.
  - Other improvements in operational stability.
  

■ Solution

An update patch was released at on [PST] 27th November 2019, 5:40 pm / [CET] 28th November 2019, 2:40 am to prevent the irregularities mentioned above from occurring.
In the case of irregularity occurrence mentioned above, please restart the STEAM Client to apply the update patch.
