Flusha convicted of tax evasion over 2015 CS:GO prize winnings

Counter-Strike: Global Offensive star Robin 'flusha' Rönnquist has been convicted of tax evasion. According to local reports, the Fnatic star has been fined and sentenced to community service after he failed to declare more than $100,000 worth of prize money won in 2015.

According to Fragbite, flusha did not declare his 1.04 million Swedish Kroner income in 2015, which amounts to about $120,000. Prosecutors at the Attunda District Court on November 18 told the rifler that he should have realised that prize money counts as income.

2015 was arguably the best year in Flusha's CS:GO career. He and the rest of Fnatic went on to claim two Major titles at ESL One Katowice Major and ESL One Cologne, as well as countless other tournaments. As the best-rated player in Majors that year, Flusha was widely regarded as one of the best CS:GO players on the scene.

Modern Warfare's Shipment 24/7 returns, but this time in CS:GO

Remember Call of Duty: Modern Warfare's Shipment 24/7? It's back, and this time it's in CS:GO. While Modern Warfare's fast-paced gameplay doesn't translate perfectly to Valve's comparatively slower shooter, it looks like the iconic Call of Duty map is surprisingly well-suited to the game as a fan map.

Mitrichone, the modder responsible for the Shipment remake, has recreated the Modern Warfare map so perfectly that it's almost indistinguishable from the original in screenshots. This map is fully playable in every CS:GO game mode, though we think it would be most suited to Deathmatch and Wingman. Shipment's tiny size makes it a perfect Deathmatch map for non-stop frantic gameplay, and it works perfectly as a 2v2 Wingman map as shown in Modern Warfare's Gunfight mode.

This recreation of Shipment is based off the Modern Warfare 2019 version, which features a number of key changes from the original version. Arguably the most important upgrade is to the map's colour pallet - instead of shades of dark blue and green, we finally see a pop of colour in the shipping containers. Judging by the reception to the fan map, we wouldn't be surprised to see Shipment 24/7 servers cropping up again.

Fans really want the CS:GO Twitter art as in-game stickers

Fans apparently want the charming little sketches of Counter-Strike: Global Offensive characters that are on the official CS:GO Twitter account's banner, as officially supported stickers in CS:GO capsules.

First spotted on Reddit in a post by the creator Hoxton_Workshop, the distinctive artwork, created by HH110011HH, has been proudly displayed at the top of CS:GO's Twitter page for quite some time now. While the artist describes them as "poorly drawn", fans clearly think they're charming. Characters included in the collection are the Terrorist, FBI, Ido, IDF, Guerilla, Arctic Avenger, Elite, SAS, Leet Crew, and a man-sized chicken.

There were initial concerns from the responses on Reddit that the original artist wasn't involved in the project, but both Hoxton_Workshop and HH110011HH have confirmed their collaboration on the project. The rest of the responses have been of universal praise, with a number of commenters impressed with the holographic sticker shown off in the post. On their Steam Workshop page, there's a full suite of "poorly drawn" CS:GO characters in capsule form, said to be available in both foil and holographic variants.
