v5.3.00 - Spooky v2 Update!

The Spooky Event has returned, it's v2!
• Spooky Event is live! Collect candy and craft all of the Spooky items to get a new badge
• New Pickaxes - Candle Pickaxe and Dark Pumpkin Pickaxe
• Localization improvements
• Performance improvements with some particles
