Bleasdale Farmhouse Rework - Release Date Announcement

Today, we’re excited to announce the release date for the reworked Bleasdale Farmhouse. This map will be available to all players, across all platforms on March 10th, 2025. Exact release timings are TBC, so please keep an eye on our social pages as well as this blog for updates.

We can’t wait for you all to begin your investigations and start exploring the new Bleasdale - perhaps some of you caught our KG Partner streams this week and have already had a sneak peek! The team have been hard at work on this, implementing an entire visual overhaul, new assets and animations and much more for you to discover.

Phasmophobia is getting a big rework for one of its oldest maps, turning the Bleasdale Farmhouse into a horrifying and confusing maze




Bleasdale Farmhouse has been part of Phasmophobia since before it was released, alongside 13 other maps, as part of the co-op horror game's early access. Since then, we've had plenty of great updates, which added more ghost types, hunting tools, and more maps, like the Lighthouse and the Campsite. But now, instead of adding something new, Kinetic Games is giving the Bleasdale Farmhouse a massive facelift...

Phasmophobia is getting a new haunted location, but won't be getting any more "big" maps

Torch-trembling spook 'em up Phasmophobia is getting a new map some time this year, say developers Kinetic Games. It'll be a small one, about the size of one of the haunted houses that make up the co-op horror's roster of cosier locations. And that decision to build small is going to be the plan from now on. No more big maps like the spectre-stalked high schools or mazey psych wards of the past, the developers have decreed.

Co-op and horror go together like bread and butter. You might think that wandering the halls of the Spencer Mansion or USG Ishimura alone makes for the scariest experience, but hearing your friend's muffled screams from the darkest corners of a level before they're unexpectedly snuffed out is much, much worse. While we've seen things like Lethal Company surge up the Steam charts, the game that undoubtedly popularized this trend was Phasmophobia, and while it's been a few years since launch, developer Kinetic Games is revealing a huge 2025 roadmap for all you ghost hunters out there.
