Update (Version 0.137) [9/12/19]

Finally stopped the scrollbar from moving back to the top in the Marketplace and Cosmetics menus (only took me 5 hours!)
You can no longer be hit by flies, vomit or fire for 2 seconds after entering a room
Attacking from sneak no longer alerts zombies
Positive effects no longer clear after levelling up or dying
The number of trades remaining on an item are now reset after using an enhancer
Bug that caused a large delay after kicking fixed
Endless vomitting bug fixed
Climbing on pallets fixed for real this time!
Surgical glove colors fixed
Fixed a bug that caused the game to drop FPS in multiplayer

NOTE: You may need to exit your game, logout of Steam and come back in to get all of these updates.
