[/p][p]We would like to inform all hero players that the updated
appearance change system will be applied on July 31, 2025.
In order to provide a more diverse and refreshed character
customization experience, we will be patching
the existing appearance system.[/p][p][/p][h2] □ Appearance Change Update [/h2][p]- Some parts of the appearance change system will be updated.
└ A new Appearance Change Shop has been added in the Dragon Castle / Xian, Sina NPC.
└ Appearance changes cannot be applied to time-limited items.
└ Once an appearance is changed, the item will become \[Cannot trade or store].
└ If the appearance change is reset, the restrictions on
\[Cannot trade or store] will be lifted.
└ Appearance items can be dismantled.
└ Appearances can be applied regardless of character class
(Non-Divine, Divine, Darkness).

▲ Illusion Holy Water[/p][p]An Illusion holy water is required to perform an appearance change.[/p][p]It can be purchased from Hero Tavern or obtained through events.[/p][p][/p][p]![]()
[/p][p]※ Once an appearance is changed, the item will become \[Cannot trade or store].[/p][p]※ If the appearance change is reset, the restrictions on \[Cannot trade or store] will be lifted.[/p][p][/p][h2]□ Regarding Appearance Reset Restoration [/h2][p][/p][p]If you would like to restore an appearance-changed item,[/p][p]please submit a ticket and we will assist you with the restoration.[/p][p]└ Items that have been appearance-changed will become[/p][p] \[Cannot trade or store] starting from July 31.[/p][p]└ Appearance-changed armor will return to \[Can trade or store][/p][p] status once the appearance is reset.[/p][p]└ Players who wish to reset the appearance can submit a ticket,[/p][p] and we will restore them with \[original equipment + appearance item + 1 Illusion Holy Water].[/p][p]└ Tickets can be submitted even before October 22,[/p][p] and the restoration process will be handled sequentially.[/p][p]└ Please note that this restoration support will be available for[/p][p] approximately three months starting July 31,[/p][p] ending on October 22, 2025.[/p][p]└ A total of three reminder notices will be posted regarding this issue.[/p][p]└ The inquiry format for appearance reset restoration is provided below.[/p][p]> \[Notice] Appearance Restoration Requests [/p][p][/p][p]※ Note ![/p][p][/p][p]● For abuse prevention purposes, please note that after receiving[/p][p] a restoration once, any subsequent appearance changes are[/p][p] not eligible for additional restoration.[/p][p]● Items that had already undergone an appearance change prior[/p][p] to the restoration point are eligible for additional restoration.[/p][p]● The "Illusion Holy Water" item returned during the restoration process[/p][p] will be provided as a non-tradeable item.[/p][p]● The "Illusion Holy Water" item will be deleted on the first maintenance day of August 2026.[/p][p]● Illusion Holy Water granted during the restoration will be deleted[/p][p] on the first maintenance day of August 2026.[/p][p][/p][h2]□ Appearance Change Shop[/h2][p][/p][p]![]()
