We are pleased to announce that the intermittent disconnection issues have been resolved.
We have identified the cause as a DWDM-related network disturbance between our Hosting provider to our game servers.
The Hosting company has confirmed a complete hardware replacement, and our monitoring shows that the connection is now fully stabilized.
As an appreciation for your patience, our team have prepared a compensation for all players.
