We're informing the current events surrounding Netgame, Inc.
Netgame has been part of a global company called “SmartBig Corp.”.
The stakeholder of Netgame, Inc. has been SmartBig Cooperation since the start and till now.
By law starting from July 1st, 2022, we have to label any documentation or
legal-wise content with our stakeholder’s name “Smart-Big Cooperation”.
Due to this action, we have to notify and also need users to renew their User Agreement.
This may be burdening and may cause a hassle.
Bt please take your time renewing your user policy agreements with us.
Listed below are the highlights and summaries please read it carefully to
fully understand the closure of this situation.
1. Everyone who logs in from July 1st should acknowledge and
accept alternation of the Terms of Agreement of Netgame Inc.
This is to continue participating and being part of Netgame’s games and agreeing to the policy
regarding the product of his/her account to the Netgame service in North America.
Starting from 25nd of July 2022, Updated User Agreement & Privacy Policy
will be up as a pop-up window once you log into your account via the official website.
We encourage you to review the changes in the User Agreement and Privacy Policy and
want you to make sure to confirm these changes as soon as possible.
Please be informed that, as of 16th of August, those who have not confirmed/accepted
the updated version of User Agreement and Privacy Policy,
account status will be changed to “PENDING”. Account reactivation process is to simply accept the changes in policy on the official website. We highly recommend that you proceed with agreeing
to the change in policy in advance to avoid account inactivation issue.
2. Any contents with reference to your items, cash, and contents will be untouched.
Any cash / Ingame gold / Game Items will not be needed to be transferred due to no alteration happening regarding games and publishing.
3. All the current staff / same publisher will remain the same.
We are still Netgame however have to label documentation in our Stakeholder’s name
“SmartBig Corp.” due to legal reasons. Just note that SmartBig was our major stakeholder
since the opening of Netgame Inc.
4. Lastly if the Privacy Policy / User Agreement has not been accepted aforementioned your account will go to ‘Pending Status’. If you do not finish the agreement by logging in to our website and accepting it, your account will not be able to enter our games from August 16th 2022 until accepted. Please complete this your account restrained from connecting into our games.
We thank you for your loyalty to Netgame. Again, nothing will be changed except that the labelings
of names presented in documentation and website have to be presented as “SmartBig”.
We appreciate your endorsement of us and we shall proceed to becoming a better and
progressing company.
