[Notice] About [Bugs]Natural Low Grade Soul Stone
Dear SOF Community!
We got feedback that due to the [Bug] Natural Low Grade Soul Stone item,
players are experiencing inconvenience in using the item through the
'Exchange of Unserviceable Event Item' quest.
Therefore, to address the issue where the [Bug] Natural Low Grade Soul Stone
disappears without any effect when used, we plan to change this bugged item to a regular item
and skip the process of changing it to Low Grade Soul Stone (Natural).
As result, after the maintenance on 12/06/2023,
the quest 'Exchange of Unserviceable Event Item' will be removed from NPC Woody's quest list,
and the [Bugs] Natural Low Grade Soul Stone item will be changed to Low Grade Soul Stone (Natural).
Additionally, an abnormal success rate has been identified, promoting a slight adjustment accordingly.
Thus, players who wish to exchange items through the quest are recommended to exchange
all [Bugs] Natural Low Grade Soul Stone items through Woody's quest before 12/06/2023 at 18:00 PM (PST).
※Note!
- The quest 'Exchange of Unserviceable Event Item' will be removed after the 12/06/2023 maintenance.
- After the 12/06/2023 maintenance, [Bugs] Natural Grade Soul Stone will be changed to Low Grade Soul Stone (Natural).
- After the 12/06/2023 maintenance, an abnormal enhancement success rate will be slightly adjusted.
