War Brokers v405 Update

- New 4v4 map
- Use 7 to select binoculars in BR and Dead End City. Right click or E to zoom them.
- Heavy sniper now uses heavy ammo instead of rifle ammo in BR/Dead City. (Community suggestion)
- Capture points ends at 250 instead of 200. (Community suggestion)
- Kill to death ratio on results screen. (Community suggestion)
- More sensitive sliders in settings. (Community suggestion)
- Add 3 seconds delay after bailing out of plane before you can open your chute. (Community suggestion)
- Remove some items from menus when not logged in.
- Updated restart procedure for classic servers (8v8 and 4v4 modes).

- Shop refresh, you can now see the items in 3D and what they will look like.
- Added Emotes so you can taunt your friends/enemies, use B to activate.
- Fix collision and grenade throwing on Heist map.
- New server update coming in the next 12 hours to support emotes.
