8th of January 2019 # Additional New Contents Update

:: Dungeon ::
  • Logic for dungeon generation has been changed.
    (Common levels by themes have been combined to 1 level from 2 levels where number of rooms generated has been changed to suit the change)
  • 100+ different types of new rooms have been added.
  • New events within the dungeon has been added.
  • Satiety is additionally decreased when moving to next level.
  • Attri/butes of certain food(s) has been changed.


:: Battle ::
  • Weapons can now be swapped while in middle of an attack.
  • Status effects have been changed. In additional, "Strengthen status effects" related ability has been added.
  • 1 new type of boss has been added. It is related to Lasley, so see if you can find it.
  • AI and appearance of certain monsters have been changed.
  • Certain bosses' AI have been improved.
  • Equation to estimate evasion/defense/critical have been slightly adjusted.
  • Reload delay after the first shot for weapons that reload one bullet at a time (e.g. Shotgun) has been added.
  • Physical movements of bullets have been changed.


:: Item ::
  • 20+ types of new item that can be unlocked has been added.
  • 2 types of new costume that can be unlocked has been added.
  • 10+ types of set attributes has been added.
  • 8+ types of new item effects has been added.
  • Various item's ability/attributes/rarity has been readjusted.
  • Ability on certain costumes were changed.


:: Ability ::
  • Focus ability is slightly nerfed.
  • Level 10 Wrath characteristics and base-level stat increase rate is changed.
  • Bloodlust's base stats no longer decrease the defense.


:: Hard Mode ::
  • Hard mode can be unlocked when Kaminela is defeated more than 3 times.
  • Monsters become stronger when hard mode is turned on.
  • Special monsters appear on a fixed chance during hard mode.
  • Theme Boss monster's pattern is slightly changed.


:: Trials ::
  • Difficulty level of first trial has been nerfed.
  • Issues where flame balls could be destroyed during the second trial has been fixed.
  • Game bug that caused problems when attempting to retry following a death after clearing the battle trial has been fixed.
  • Erta Ale's ability have been nerfed. HP recovery fairy now appears when Erta Ale is defeated.


:: Quick Start ::
  • "Quick Start" function can be unlocked while in game progress.
  • Quick start menu can be used by pressing on the "interactive" key while inside a village.


:: Sound ::
  • Ambient sounds of the dungeon for each theme are added.
  • Good amount of FX sounds are added / improved.


:: Other ::
  • Certain texts have been changed.
  • Certain bugs have been fixed.
  • (Joystick control) Joystick Y axis inverse options are added.


:: Jan 8th 4:00AM (GMT+9) Hotfix #1 ::
  • Fixed a bug where the discount perk does not work.
  • Fixed a bug where the right doorway does not work with certain resolutions.
  • [Lasley] Fixed a bug where max HP decreases in old vampire/curse events.
  • Fixed a bug where 'block' was only fixed up to 75%.


:: Jan 8th 5:13AM (GMT+9) Hotfix #2 ::
  • Fixed a bug where the teleporter in restaurant/shop disappears.
  • Fixed a bug that melee/range attack resist.
  • Fixed a bug that block stat increases continuously after using heavy stand skill.


:: Jan 8th 8:30PM (GMT+9) Hotfix #3 ::
  • Fixed a bug where "Fire Arrow" set effect does not work.
  • Fixed a bug where homing bullet does not work properly in ErtaAle stage.
  • Slot machines appear a little more often.
  • Solved "jumping problem" of the second trial.
  • Ericha / Kaminela did not apply any additional damage has been fixed.


:: Jan 9th 4:30AM (GMT+9) Hotfix #4 ::

10.12 Update

:: Improved Joystick Support ::

- The default key mapping of the joystick is changed (If not, reset all settings)
- Fixed Some Joystick-related UI
- When aiming, current target is displayed.
- Click on right stick to lock-on target (If not, reset all settings)
- Fixed bug where button sometimes did not work properly after skipping cut scene.
- "Down key to allow bottom view" option is no longer available

:: Game Play ::

- Frenzied Tonfa : disappears buff effect when you swap weapon
- Explosive bullets affect the same damage regardless of distance (Bomb Shooter, etc..)
- Edited some item's text script
- Fixed bug about cosmic power(skill).

:: 2018.10.12. 11:09 (GMT+9) Hotfix ::

- Fixed bug where "Reset All Settings" option did not work on title scene
- Fixed bug where Inventory opens with NPC dialog visible
- Fixed bug where Erta ale does not defeat properly

- Some difficulty of trials are slightly increased
- You can retry trial after fail

- Edited game save logic
- Edited the room of second trial in 11th floor
  (Some areas are changed so that it can go up even if it is not long-jump)
- Edited logic of item enhancement in anvil

9.5 Update

Bug fixes


- Fixed some map errors (11F chest bug, etc...)
- Fixed bug where Lasley did not die during player's resurrection (minotaur steak)
- Fixed bug where some achievements(lead actor, etc..) does not achieved intermittently
- Change some challenge conditions
  1. Lead actor: "Costume of the main character"
  2. Horerica's Best Customer: 25 species -> 20 species
- Increased dash ratio of Iron Wing: 33% -> 50%


About the difficulty of trial


- We received and read many opinions about the difficulty of the trial system. We tried to downgrade our trials steadily, but it seems that it has not been completely solved until now, and we are preparing an improvement plan for the system. I just started working now, so it will take some time to patch it. As soon as the work is done, we will be able to provide an improvement patch.
