Christmas magazine! - v1.157

Time for another Issue of Model Rolling Line!
This one is a special Christmas issue, and talks about the new Berkshire & Pullman carriages (and more).

Along with the new magazine issue, there are a couple of small fixes included in this update:

• Fixed train wheels being displayed incorrectly in the distance on custom livery wagons
  
• Fixed a couple of mistakes in the previous magazine
  
• Made small changes to the train movement which should help prevent "frozen trains" that some people have been experiencing at very low framerates (trains would stop moving completely)
  
• Added red light to the back of the green Pullman car (i forgot to in the last update)
  

There's going to be shift in focus to gameplay features & improvements after Christmas, and I'm thinking of starting with making a brand new item drawer system!
I'll also be working on a new "themed update" based on the Weka Pass in New Zealand throughout January! This update will be adding a new official map & trains, and something everyone's been asking for since the games release, turntables!
