Berkshire liveries - v1.158

I hope you all had a great Christmas!
Custom liveries for the Berkshire and it's tender are now available.
Next up is the Pullman carriages, which will be getting custom liveries separately in the next update.

Along with the new liveries, here are the rest of the features included in this update:

• Boats are now paintable! the two small boats can now be painted
  
• Using the "-basic" launch tag will now force the game to use minimal settings (e.g. shadows and render distances are automatically set to lowest). this is useful for improving performance if you are unsure as to what you need to adjust
  
• The missing quickmod locomotive now looks different (this will show up in replacement when a map uses mods that you do not have)
  
• Fixed wheels being in the wrong position on quickmods when picked up
  
• Fixed alignment of rails on the sharp set of points
  
• changed the painter models for track colors & points position painters (now with clearer icons to show what they do)
  
• The Christmas menu is now back to normal
  

The next update will be based around the Pullman liveries, and will also include a range of smaller bug fixes and such.
