Friends, since the release of the political update to the beta branch we have been constantly improving the game, fixing bugs and working on the balance. At the moment, we are happy to announce that we are ready to release a political update to the main branch. We will add even more various laws, elections of officials, and other attributes of the political part of the game soon.

• Assistants can no longer bring a bill to a vote if such a bill is not supported by their party
  
• Political achievements have been reworked
  
• Now, if an error occurs during saving due to insufficient disk space, an error message is displayed. This save can no longer be used
  
• Fixed a bug that caused receiving “Technoboom” achievement without a controlling stake in the company
  
• When lobbying, money is correctly transferred to the politician now
  
• Fixed a bug due to which the loyalty lost during negotiations was displayed incorrectly

Vulnerabilities and balancing:

• The probability of loan default has been changed.
  
• Players now pay with “Influence” for any meeting held, not just for a successful one.
  

Errors / requests:

• The research system for companies / characters has been disabled.
  
• The game ends on January 1st, 1949.
  
• Switching to the character window by clicking on an unpaid loan is again possible.
  
• When returning from the lobbying window, players are now correctly moved to the law screen of the chamber from which the lobbying window was opened.
  
• Fixed a bug that made it impossible to lobby for the governor.
  
• Fixed a bug that made it impossible to take a loan from characters in separate windows after a save load.
  
• Fixed a bug that caused the characters Fame storyboard to be reset during a save load.
  
• Fixed bug. as a result of which the “Assets” tab of friends / puppets / assistants was not unlocked after increasing loyalty before updating the window.

Critical errors:

• Fixed crash during mergers/acquisitions on MacOS.
  
• Fixed crash related to ambitions (in some cases) when loading a save
  

Vulnerabilities and balancing :

• Skill "Grants” now gives a 10/20/30% bonus to the product price
  
• Skill "Trade" now gives a bonus of 1/3/5% of the negotiation price
  
• Bonuses / penalties to the price or the probability of negotiations from the difference in skills have been significantly reduced
  
• The risk of non-repayment of the loan has been returned to the game (will take effect only at the start of a new game)
  

Minor bugs / requests / improvements:

• Now the player cannot fulfill ambitions / ask to use loans / use agents or use incriminating evidence against characters whose state is different from the player's state (if there are no assistants in such state)
  
• It is now impossible to fulfill the ambitions of your enemies
  
• Fixed a bug due to which some items did not appear at the auction
  
• Fixed a bug due to which the purchase price of an item at the auction could become negative
  
• Fixed a bug that caused the double icon of the federal law when saving and loading
