Patch 5.044 Is Out Now

It's time for another update! More fixes needed to be done, so here we go. All details can be found in the Change Log below.

• Fix "#1540 Plane Configuration still accessible in Single Player Briefing after bailout"
  
• Fix "#1543 Multiplayer, options, plane, loadout, bombs - number of bomb types not updated"
  
• Fix "#1542 Autodespawn after bailout not propagated" (This prevented respawn in multiplayer)
  
• Fix "#1546 Single Player Mission, Plane Configuration, Loadout does not display correct fuel amount"
  
• Fix "#1545 Single Player 'custom' applies default fuel when smaller than mission set." Now applies bigger of mission set or plane's minimum.
  
• Fix "#1548 Options, Plane, Loadout, Guns: Residue round counter does not increment when using 'Insert' to add bullet type" (but on 'Add')
  
• Fix: slightly incorrectly fuel percentage reported
