The SBot Mystery: The PvPvE star of Battle Splash 2.0

Hi everyone!

Since the released of Battle Splash 2.0, people have been asking me about whether the game feature PvPvE or not, or how to play the SBot Guidance. Thus, I decided to post it here so that people can learn more about the Robot that's been wrecking havoc in Battle Splash 2.0.

SBot's origin

SBot is a creation of the Head of Kangara, initially considered to be a weapon and then later as Temiko Kangara's personal guardian. SBot is around 7m tall, big enough for an adult to sit inside and control it manually. SBot is also equipped with an early version of neural-network AI, which can act as auto-pilot and guidance in the absent of the pilot.

Due to being an early version AI, SBot's AI is designed mostly for combat purpose, and although it can learn, SBot performs poorly in other areas, almost like a child trying to explore the world. Thus, when Trianga created the B.O.S.s and Battle Splash, SBot was so excited and copied itself into the game, trying to play in its own way.

It is now up to Trianga and her gang to capture this rogue SBot inside the B.O.S.s environment!

SBot Guidance

Inspired by the old school Capture the Flag, the Objective of SBot Guidance is to capture the SBot to your base. Since the robot is too big to carry, players need to Weaken it first until it no longer attacks any players. After that, player needs to Touch the robot to make it travel to the player's team base.

Successfully Taking Back the SBot will score hefty bonus points to that team, but if the SBot got Taken Out then the attacking Team will also got penalized by lots of points as well. Player will also score point for their team by taken down other team's member.

PvPvE star, and a really tough opponent too

The more players in SBot Guidance, the better. Not just in terms of "fun", but it will also unlock lots of strategies as well.

SBot is tough, really tough. It has an arm cannon that shoot a huge medium-ranged water balloon that explodes in the middle of its trajectory. Getting too close and you'll get yourself a huge splash that sends you all the way back to your base, literally! In addition, it HP and Recovery is scaled based on the number of players. And Trianga's Turret is completely useless against SBot, as it won't target that robot at all.

So seek your covers and approach carefully, but don't get carried away, or someone else might steals SBot away from you. Player can ambush SBot on its way to the other's base by Touching it, and it will change its direction to that player's base. So protect your price well, or just let the other do it then steal SBot from them, your call.

GL&HF

SBot is also featured in Survival, where you have to beat some of them in certain levels. It might not get as much perks as the SBot Guidance, but it's still a fearsome opponent to face against. I truly wish you can enjoy defeating it, since it's a challenge like no other.

Happy Splashing,
Hung Mai
