Tune in as the Double-Scoring Phase of Season 30 Begins!

Season 30 opened with the Outlands already on fire. War rolled straight out of the off-season, guilds were still entrenched in last season’s grudges, and the first Invasion Day hit while alliances were already locked in full-scale conflict. This weekend’s Invasion Day marks the start of double scoring, and with thirty days left to shape the ladders, every territory fight can trigger a dramatic shift.

Here’s how each server stands as we head toward the mid-season Invasion Day:
  • Albion Asia: The season opened with no pause between conflicts, as a major off-season war carried straight into the first Invasion Day. GRB, MMT and SEMEN formed an anti-coalition force to challenge the long-dominant 67, KK, HOT, FCKU and ZHE coalition. Outnumbered nearly two to one, the rebels' early advances stalled as the coalition responded with disciplined force. Key MMT Hideouts fell within days, and the anti-coalition’s campaign soon collapsed, leaving the reigning guilds firmly in control. But as the dust from the valiant anti-coalition effort settled, the community received difficult news. Tofuu, leader of Cut Throat, announced that the guild would be closing after nearly 1,000 days on Albion Asia. Cut Throat has been part of the server’s identity from the very beginning, but with new real-life commitments and his recent marriage, Tofuu made the decision to step away. We offer our congratulations and wish him all the best with what comes next in life!
  • Albion Europe: Season 30 began exactly where Season 29 ended, with war erupting across the Outlands and the battle for the inner ring already underway. YUHH declared their intent to evict WALKR, while Contingent announced a serious push for first place, prompting their rivals to mobilize and deny them a first season victory. What followed was an all-out war on a scale Albion has never seen! More than 1,300 players are clashing across multiple territory timers every day, with the 18 and 20 UTC windows seeing staggering casualties: often 500 to 800 deaths per side. As we reach the midpoint, the conflict remains a stalemate. Territory lines have barely shifted, and only one Hideout, KFC of the WALKR alliance, has been removed so far. With no clear front-runner, this war could continue for the full 60 days as both sides fight for control of the inner ring and the Season 30 crown.
  • Albion Americas: The server opened its season with a bold declaration from PIVAS. They are aiming for a third season victory and have surged onto the leaderboards with more than 300,000 Season Points as we reach the halfway mark. Their rise follows one of the most exhausting coalition wars the server has ever seen. After months of conflict, the BOBER coalition has stepped back, and the long-standing powerhouse IFures has closed its doors as Daliuess leaves the battlefield. With these departures, the political landscape has shifted dramatically. But peace did not last. A new war erupted as the COOK alliance began striking hard against HOGS. Territory battles and hideout destruction campaigns have reignited server-wide conflict. With thirty days left and double scoring about to amplify every victory, the ladder is far from settled.
Realm Divided
Realm Divided launched on November 24, bringing a massive influx of players into Faction Warfare.
  • Since launch, there have been over 50 million Faction Warfare kills and knockdowns
  • The number of daily Faction Warfare kills has more than tripled
  • Half a million Faction Camps have been cleared
  • Almost a thousand Faction Fortresses have been besieged

We’re listening to your feedback on the update and will address issues such as Faction balance and the balance between attacking and defending Fortresses in forthcoming patches.
Rogue Frontier and Abyssal Depths
In addition to Realm Divided, 2025 saw the release of two other major updates: Rogue Frontier and Abyssal Depths.
  • Rogue Frontier introduced Smuggler’s Dens and the Smuggler’s Network, making the Outlands more accessible to players
    • This has helped spread activity across the map, supporting the long-term health of the open world
  • Abyssal Depths brought a new PvP mode to the game, in the form of the Depths
    • This offers high-pressure, extraction-style gameplay with manageable gear costs
    • In addition, the new player experience was improved, making the journey into Albion smoother and more engaging
Platform Launches
This year saw Albion Online released on two new platforms: Epic Games Store and Xbox Game Pass.
  • This brought Albion Online to thousands of new players on these platforms
  • New players help keep Albion’s economy, guilds and activities fresh and alive
  • This sets the game up well going into 2026
Community Events
2025 also saw some major initiatives in community engagement.
  • The Crucible event brought thousands of new eyes to Albion Online
    • Over a hundred creators formed guilds to compete for a real-life Galatine Pair
    • Check out a video of these swords being forged here
  • The Albion Unlocked initiative fostered communication with the community
    • AMAs, Q&As, livestreams and playtests bought us closer together
    • This helps us both to learn your priorities and communicate our plans

2025 was a year of steady, meaningful growth for Albion Online, with each update moving the game forward and connections between the game and its players solidified. But with 2026 just around the corner, we have some very exciting news on the way. We’ll be revealing more soon, so stay tuned for a big announcement in January!

Until then, enjoy the rest of 2025, and we’ll see you in Albion!
