If you’ve visited the Antiquarian’s Den in Albion, there’s a good chance you’ve met an adorable little creature down there. No, not the Antiquarian, but the Antiquarian’s cute companion – a friendly Baby Soulspinner. Ask what this sidekick is called, though, and you’ll just be met with a shrug. The poor thing doesn’t even have a name!

So it’s time for you, the players, to fix that. Until July 10 we’re running a contest where you get to choose this humble hatchling’s name, with the winning entry visible ingame for all to see! To enter, you need to take a screenshot of your character with the Antiquarian’s Soulspinner, and propose a name for it. For full details, and to take part, see this forum thread.



As well as the opportunity to have your creativity etched into history, there are a bunch of other prizes on offer too – here’s the full list:

The Abyssal Depths update is now live, and many of you are diving into the Depths, earning the trust of the Antiquarian, and raising your cute baby Soulspinners into bloodthirsty mounts. And while all this is going on, we’re excited to announce a special, live Q&A with the developers coming soon!

Join the Undead Challenge and earn Challenge Points to unlock the Spectral Direboar, a mount wreathed in green mist, feared for its power to vanish from sight. Ride unseen through danger, gather eerie treasures, and let your legend haunt the living before the month ends.

[h3]Live Your Best Afterlife[/h3] SPECTRAL DIREBOAR: This month's Challenge brings back the popular Spectral Direboar, a ghostly mount with a unique spell, Glimpse of the Other Side, which renders you temporarily invisible. Use it to evade your enemies... or to launch a sneak attack!

AVATAR RING: Adventurers who rack up enough total Challenge Points will also earn the Undead Challenge Avatar Ring, featuring a spooky skull-themed design that will strike fear into the hearts of your foes. This non-tradable item permanently unlocks this avatar border for one character, or can be traded to the Vanity Merchant for one Vanity Token.

SEASONAL SPECIALS: All month long, reach weekly goals to unlock Undead Challenge chests. In addition to valuable rewards like Adventurer's Tomes and Silver, you'll also have a chance to unlock spooky furniture items like the Candelabra, Lantern, and Memorial of the Fallen, as well as rare and valuable Undead Vanity Skins.

[h3]How to participate in the Adventurer's Challenge[/h3]
The Adventurer's Challenge is a monthly event where you can earn exclusive rewards such as mounts, Tomes of Insight, bags of Silver, and more. By gathering, fishing, farming, and defeating monsters, you'll earn Challenge Points that fill daily, weekly, and monthly progress bars. To track your progress, open the Adventurer's Challenge UI by clicking on the Activities menu.



While only Premium players can unlock the Monthly Rewards (Avatar Ring, Mount) and Weekly Rewards (Challenge Chests), anyone can claim the Daily Rewards, which include 10 Learning Points and a Tier 4 Tome of Insight. Non-Premium players also make progress on all reward tracks, so when you’re ready to unlock Premium, your earned rewards will be waiting for you!
