Ambassador Spotlight: Ninuschk

Continuing our series introducing the Abyssal Depths AOCP Ambassadors, AlbionTV welcomes Ninuschk to the spotlight! Tune in to twitch.tv/albiononline this Friday, September 19 at 20:00 UTC to meet the healer who proves that saving lives can be just as chaotic and entertaining as taking them.

[h3]Ninuschk[/h3]This week’s spotlight shines on Ninuschk, a techno DJ turned healer main who brings expert support play and good energy to the battlefield. Based in Germany and streaming in English, German, and Russian, her content is as unique as it is helpful. Each Youtube video kicks off with a pup dancing to hardcore techno, a chaotic intro that contrasts delightfully with her calm, thoughtful breakdowns of healing strategy.

[previewyoutube][/previewyoutube]
A proud healer through and through, Nina has built a full guide series around mastering this often-overlooked and underestimated role. From leveling solo to supporting in full ZvZs, she covers all your healing concerns with clarity and precision. If you ever thought that healing was “just pressing a button,” she’ll kindly show you what actually goes into keeping a reckless DPS alive in a fight they probably weren’t prepared for.

[previewyoutube][/previewyoutube]
On stream, Nina keeps things focused and chill. Whether she’s duoing in the Depths or supporting a full group, she carries the same steady presence, even when everything else is on fire. And in a world where healers only get noticed when something goes wrong, she proves that staying calm and keeping your team alive under pressure is an art form all of its own.

[previewyoutube][/previewyoutube]
Now, as an AOCP Ambassador, she’s raising the banner for support players everywhere. If you’ve ever wanted to try healing yourself, or just want to be a better ally to your resident healer, Ninuschk’s here to help. Tune in to AlbionTV this Friday to see her live, learn from the best, and win a vanity bundle of her choosing.

Upcoming Changes to Referral Seasons

With the next Referral Season, we’re making a change to the way referrals work in Albion Online. From October 1, 2025, only Premium time purchased with real money from the Albion Online Web Shop or ingame store will count towards referral rewards (30 days of Premium or more). This means that Premium purchased with Gold or Silver will no longer earn rewards for the referrer. In making this change, our aim is to encourage organic referrals, while we also hope to see a downward effect on Gold prices as a result of this and will be observing developments there.

If you have any questions or feedback about these changes, you can visit this dedicated forum thread. For more on Referral Seasons, and to find your referral link, see this page (login required).

Behind the Banner: Griffin Empire

Behind the Banner is a series that shines a light on Albion's many diverse guilds, from fierce PvP warbands to tight-knit social communities. Each episode delves into the identity, playstyle, and goals of a different guild, offering a glimpse into what life is really like behind the banner.

  • Guild Name: Griffin Empire
  • Alliance: JIN
  • Guild Leader:  Hieuquoc
  • Date Founded: September 2021
  • Size: 280~300 members
  • Primary Language: Vietnamese and English
  • Server: Albion Asia
  • Discord: discord.gg/seedervn
Tell us about your guild.

Griffin Empire was founded on Albion Americas before moving to Albion Asia. Our journey started out rough. At first, we were just renters, and after being kicked out, we wandered from place to place before finally settling in Lymhurst thanks to the help of a few friends. Even then, things weren’t easy: our member count was small, and our skills at the time weren’t great. Everything changed after a few clashes with Endernation, a guild that pioneered the brawl meta. We realized that this playstyle worked well for both newcomers and veterans, so we started learning from Endernation and refining the strategy for larger-scale fights. Today, Griffin Empire is widely recognized as one of the strongest guilds when it comes to brawls in the open world.

Why did you choose this name? Is there a story or meaning behind it?

The name “Griffin Empire” was chosen because the griffin symbolizes strength, loyalty, and resilience. It’s both mythical and representative of our collective spirit: always protecting comrades and ready to fight until the end.

What sort of activities do you focus on?

ZvZ has always been our core content, from small and mid-sized skirmishes to massive battles. What’s the point of stacking Silver forever if you’re not going to spend it on real fights?

What sort of members are you looking for?

Whether you’re a fresh newbie or a seasoned veteran, you’ll always have a place in Griffin Empire. What we look for are active and engaged players, that is, people willing to communicate, share experiences and struggles, and grow together with the guild.

Where is your guild primarily located?

We are currently based in Martlock because our alliance, JIN, is stationed here. Razorrock Verge offers great advantages, giving us easy access to plenty of high-value targets nearby.

Do you have any rivalries or ongoing quarrels with other guilds?

As one of the strongest Vietnamese guilds in Albion, we’ve made quite a few enemies. One of the most notable rivals has been VUA (now known as Wata). We actually started out as friends, but after a few “small incidents” we caused, things turned sour and we’ve been enemies ever since. They used to be strong enough to drive us out of our territory… but in our most recent castle fight, we wiped them in under two minutes. On the flip side, we’ve also had allies. Back in the early days, smaller guilds like BlackPearl and Maldito supported us when we needed it most. Nowadays, our strongest ally is definitely CCTV. What began as friendly scrims eventually turned into a solid partnership, and we’ve been fighting side by side ever since.

What are some of your most memorable battles or activities?

Two stand out the most. The first was a small-scale fight against PLAC at Runnelvein Bog. All we wanted was some PvP content, but it was misunderstood as an attempt to steal an objective from FckCall. That clash was the first time we truly realized how powerful the full-brawl playstyle could be.

[previewyoutube][/previewyoutube]
The second was a series of battles against One Gin, Tuk Tuk, and CCTV. This was Griffin Empire’s very first taste of large-scale ZvZ. We won some, we lost some, but those fights put GE on the map and made us much better-known in the community.

What does your guild do for fun?

When we’re not clashing in Albion, we’re active in the Seeders Community Discord. Our members play other games, share tech and gaming discussions, or just hang out and laugh together. Because our guild is part of this larger community, there’s always something happening: casual events, mini-games, or simply building friendships that go beyond Albion.

What is your guild's approach to the game? Do you have any core values or beliefs that guide how you play together?

We focus heavily on training newbies, giving them early access to the Outlands so they can experience what we believe is Albion’s most exciting content. Many of our core players actually came up through this path. Our playstyle isn’t overly complicated, but it’s effective. As long as you’re motivated, there will always be content waiting for you.

What are your goals for the future?

Griffin Empire is striving for the highest possible Crystal rank, but just as important is how we achieve it. We’re committed to remaining a friendly and welcoming guild for both newcomers and veterans, offering a place where everyone can take part in battles of every scale.

Anything else to share about your guild?

Some say brawling is brain-dead, some say we’re zombies. But the truth is, they lost to these zombies – and not just once!
