3.1.0.0 - Terrain Changes

I've begun making some of the areas in the game just a bit more pleasing to experience. Also have begun to pave the way for new zones.

Also, very sadly, a minor sticky glove nerf to prevent it from being a non-decision throughout the game.

A new system is being developed for tracking quests. Currently, there's only one in game (Scarlet Treasure). Implementing this throughout the game will be the primary focus of the next update.

-- Please note that the in-game version still reads as 3.0.3.3 in spite of the update. This version will be updated in 3.1.0.1 rather than deploying an emergency fix for just this issue.

3.1.0.0 [Build #53, Release Date: February 23, 2020] Warning: Please save on the world map before updating to this build. Terrain changes have taken place across Revan. If you download this update and end up stuck, please rollback to 3.0.3.3 using the following steps: Rollback Steps:

(2) – Click “Properties”
(3) – Go to the “Betas” tab.
(4) – From the drop down menu, select 3.0.3.3.
(5) – Save on the world map.
(6) – Repeat the above steps, but select “Default” instead to redownload the most current version of the game.

- The Sticky Glove now reduces the equipped character’s TP recharge rate by 33%. Only players who newly receive the Sticky Gloves will see the updated tooltip.
Other:
- Terrain & interaction changes to the first Veil.
- Terrain changes to Ruby’s House, The Elcott Mansion, Soldier’s Outpost, and all outside Lvell zones.
- Minor terrain changes to Scarlet Cavern.

3.0.3.3 - Fixes

Standard maintenance today - fixing anything I notice as I go through.

I'm still in the process of removing the Quest Journal text. Expect that to be completed with 3.1.

3.0.3.2 remains available following the instructions regarding versions and betas provided in a previous update. 3.0.3.2 will be removed when 3.1 goes live.

- If you encounter an error or any other oddity, please report it immediately @ www.facebook.com/CrossOfAuria.
3.0.3.3 [Build #52.3, Release Date: December 31, 2019] New:
- Added a debug for the 3.0.3.2 Ewynn fix to The Black Forest at the three-way intersection. Using this debug rock will allow players to make progress on the Grand Library sidequest for the Hephaes book.
Fixes:
- Fixed an issue with the display of the 5th Veil Chest’s gold reward.
- Fixed a display issue when trying to leave the Auria area without Miles and Riley.
Changes:
- Transition tiles in the Grand Library have been redecorated. A switch was added for scenes regarding Alex and Ruby. If you have already passed this part, returning here will play those scenes out of place one time, activating the switch. If you’re coming to the GL for the first time, the scene will play once as normal.
- Information from the “Versions & Other Info” menu on the startup screen has been moved to the “x. Credits” file included with the game’s assets. To locate the credits file, navigate to “Steam - steamapps - common -Cross of Auria - x. Credits”. Forward slashes do not appear in these posts. I'm not sure why.
- “Versions & Other Info” renamed to “Info”. Contained information streamlined.

3.0.3.1 [Build #52.1, Release Date: November 17, 2019]
Emergency Fix:
- Repaired a missing line of code that prevented the Hive Mind from disappearing, and by extension the story from progressing.

3.0.3 [Build #52, Release Date: November 17, 2019]

After some more playtesting, I decided that it's too punishing as it is right now to choose the Poison weapon branch. To rectify this a tidbit, a new zone in Hell's Gate is available with mechs who are especially weak to poison (and on the whole, much less beefy than the traditional HG mechs)!
Another major note of this one is the disabling of two plugins - the quest journal and the turn order display. With Yanfly's retirement announcement, it's unlikely that either of these would have seen fixes given the edge case they were experiencing, so the best bet for us is to abandon them altogether. Some of the text still remains from the Quest Journal plugin. On the whole, players shouldn't notice a difference with the Turn Order Display being disabled, since it rarely worked in the first place.

I'm gearing up for episode 2 everyone! Just a handful more things to do to round out episode 1!

3.0.3 [Build #52, Release Date: November 17, 2019] New:
- A door has opened within Hell’s Gate, revealing enemies who are weak to poison attacks!
Fixes:
- Rifts before Jack leaves no longer change colors during interactions.
Changes:
- The Quest Journal plugin has been removed entirely due to persistent malfunctions. All associated text is in the process of being removed or replaced.
