1. Now pipes can supply water to dive vehicles.
   
2. Add localizations for new characters.
   
3. Improved performance about pipes.
   
4. adding a survivor counter - would help alot once the population exceeds 20
   
5. Scrap metal now could be crafted into iron bar on black smith.
   
6. Fix the bug that some ui elements are to blury.
   
7. Enhanced tech panel.
   
8. Add a gm panel to add any item in game.
   
9. Add a dev mod console in game (LCtrl + LAlt + F3).
   
10. Some trader only buy certain types of items.
