1. Fix an issue might cause sail not work.
   
2. Rework about sail and bigsail.
   
3. Survivors can be changed order on priority panel now.
   
4. Fix an issue might cause survivors don't supply water.
   
5. Optimization about physics of rafts.
   
6. Survivors re-think after their priority changes.
   
7. Tooltip UI for Select all buildings and toggle storage panel.
   
8. Fix the display error of auto turret.
   
9. Adjust the hud position of sail.
   
10. The wind speed will shows in the hud of sail now.
    
11. The water volume will shows in the hud of raincollector now.
