[experiment] V0.8.21p3

1. Change the decide rule when rafts get broken.
   
2. Now survivors scanvage bodies automatically.
   
3. Blueprints for walls and rafts can be selected directly.
   
4. Survivors will take all the dropped item on islands after interacted.
   
5. Fix a display issue that things on survivor equipment panel don't refresh.
