1. Add descriptions for some story events.
   
2. Fix the issue that some buildings can be built not only on level above water.
   
3. Fix the issue that interact button for traders doesn't work.
   
4. Add cursor for attack command.
   
5. Fix the issue that progress stays when bill canceled.
   
6. Add hints for group command.
