[experiment] V0.8.21p5

1. Some traders are not insterested in all of your item anymore.
   
2. Fix an issue that text on story select panel doesn't change when change language.
   
3. Fix the issue that hp bar shows when an unhealthy survivor salvages.
   
4. Add a slider to scroll view on the top of the screen (floded by default).
   
5. Add some tooltips on trade panel.
   
6. Improve the bubble UI for survivors.
   
7. Add some tooltips on assist buttons on the top of the screen.
