[experiment] V0.8.21p7

1. Improved continuous construction mode.
   
2. Fix the issue that no menu popups when right click on building buttons.
   
3. Fix the UI display error of wind speed.
   
4. Add sail's visual effect of switch on/off.
   
5. Hovering tooltip would show the volume of storage boxes.
   
6. Range weapons now can fire mutilple times and reload.
   
7. Fix the bug that range weapon don't deal damage on melee attack.
   
8. Balanced some corp's growing time.
   
9. Balanced the mass of some guns.
   
10. Decrease the cost of guns.
    
11. Add working animation to clothes bench.
