[experiment] V0.8.24p2

1. Now storage boxes are movable.(More kinds of buildings can be moved later when this feature is stable).
   
2. You can set interval day count for auto saving.
   
3. New buildings: Machine gun turret and harpoon turret.
   
4. You can set a global temporary job for everyone.
   
5. Add a new building: Cannon
   
6. Fix some translation erros.
