[experiment] V0.8.24p5

1. Improved some user experiences on character creation panel.
   
2. Fix the issue that perks of survivors conflict sometimes.
   
3. Fix an issue might cause a huge lag when survivors are stuck on a isolated raft.
   
4. Adjust the wealth and beautiness of some buildings.
   
5. Add a new building: Fish Man Workbench. It could only craft energy bow for now. It would be able to craft more fish man tech items in the future.
   
6. Add a new weapon: Energy Bow
   
7. Fix the issue about auto salvaging
