[experiment] V0.8.24p6

1. Optimization for memory usage.
   
2. Optimization for some lag under certain situations.
   
3. Fix the wrong model offset of bow and energy bow.
   
4. Add a switch to toggle decorative effects.
   

We're doing some optimization work on memory usage and CPU consumption these days.
So it will be less frequently to add contents and gameplays daily during this period.
