[experiment] V0.8.23p2

1. New building: Potted cactus.
   
2. Adjust the model of potted plant.
   
3. Add an equipment slot for tools.
   
4. You can rename rooms now.
   
5. Fix the bug that some items have wrong tag.
   
6. Fix the bug that room filter don't work when demolishing or repairing.
   
7. The items stored in stroage boxes will decay now. You can see the durability in the storage panel.
   
8. Fix a display error when first enter game.
